welcome to the series i'm calling soft girl fitness i don't have a stereotypical gym body i've let the fear of not looking like every fitness influencer hold me back from sharing my workouts that ends today i know fitness can feel a lot more approachable when you see body types like yours working out on these apps today as a full body workout that you can do from home or at the gym first exercise is a squat to a front raise and i'm using eight pound dumbbells one thing i'm not afraid to do around here showing you my side profile this is what my body looks like unopposed and not bloated next we're gonna go into a seated squat with an alternating overhead press don't want this workout for you it looks easy but it is activating everything core legs upper body is killer the goal is for sets fifteen to twenty reps on each side next is a moving squat into overhead press this is definitely gonna get the blood flowing and again this is what my body looks like i'm post from the side last exercise is a reverse alternating lunge with bicep curls you're definitely going to feel this one tomorrow biggest feedback with this exercises make sure you're not swinging the dumbbells keep everything controlled alright you did it be sure to save this workout if you want to try it and come back later this week for hit and legs
