tell you something that i started to do and i still do to this day be a lot of people online that probably make fun of me but i don't care
because it works so i read a book goals by a guy called brian tracy said people should start telling themselves the story that they ultimately want to lead their life at that point i've been telling myself a different store i've been telling myself why i couldn't do this and why wouldn't be able to do that i had daddy issues i never met my dad that i was arrested so many times so we'd never be able to do something that i could actually be proud of we tell ourselves these stories and eventually you begin to believe it or believe in it which is why it's so important to change the narrative i would say three things every morning i would say i love my work i'm a fantastic speaker i'm in the best shape of my life
at that point in time
none of those things are true but eventually i started thinking those things enough times and then my circumstances started to change think
of five to six things you want for yourself every morning when you wake up
spend about two minutes saying those things when you say those things enough times you'll start to believe in it inevitably you will start to become
