you might not realize this but the confident view is already within you it is hidden behind all the layers of self-doubts linked to beliefs fears and traumas that behind those layers there said version of you and you might have seen her before
when she's alone cooking and dancing when she's with the friend she loves you she makes jokes when she's alone doing something she really loves in those moments there's this slide light of your true self shining through and building confidence it's all about creating the safety within to be that version everywhere you go
