His business did $194 million in 2022 🤯. I asked @billyraycasteel a Houston multimillionaire and the founder of Lumber One Company, how he was able to scale his business from $10 million to $100 million. I also asked him the number one thing he would’ve told himself before he started his company in 2000 and how someone can become a millionaire in 2024. #wealth #financialfreedom #entrepreneur #motivation

what industry did you decide to pursue a career in the lumber industry now you're a business owner yes what has been the most amount of money that you've ever made in a single year in two thousand and twenty two my company did one hundred and ninety four million one hundred and ninety four million what's the number one thing it took you from eight to nine figures identifying people i'm not in the lumber business i'm in the people business and don't believe in hiring somebody to do my job and have you my job is running the company there's certain level you do have to start considering letting go certain things the business owner can be worried about the price of toilet paper
a lot of things become the toilet paper how long have you been a business owner for two thousand and since two thousand since two thousand so over twenty years yeah if you were to go back to two thousand when you were first starting this business what's the number one thing that you would have told yourself borrow more money from women go deeper some people would argue though tonight borrow money from banks why would you recommend people using other people's money instead of their own i limited my growth maybe a little bit from heaven a lack of stomach for debt i was very conservative with my dad how old are you now fifty four and for a young twenty okay to walk this for now how can someone become a millionaire going into twenty twenty four this are cheap execution is everything and having more time ideas are cheap execution is everything break that down with some points of taken action it's not just taking the action it's how you execute everybody has great ideas there's not a lot of original thought but there's people that execute things well
