i've been trading for forty fucking years i've been through literally all of it trust me i've been there when i first started trading there was days where i would be fucking kill an hour would be on like a three week greenstreet i would think i'm the shit i can't fuckin lose and i would come in one day all it takes is one fucking day for me to not follow my rules not be disciplined i have a loss in the morning in spirals into fucking five losses that are all over leveraged and all of my progress in last three months if not more is all wiped out in a single day and i'm sure a lot of you guys have experienced
