ask yourself how much money is in my bank account who am i and my where i want to be in my accomplishing my goals look at my ecosystem look at my body and my happiness the answer is no ask yourself what information do i need in order to change those things in my life that are not optimized doesn't have to do everything like people want to make a million dollars on a six pack and traveling world only one year
doesn't work that way so make a plan but it all starts with small compound when doing the same thing everything to make consistently will not only get you further along but it'll look natural
