Wanted to share some words from my incredible yoga instructor this morning🤎 Sometimes we all need this reminder - movement is a gift to yourself, not an obligation or punishment so treat yourself kindly this holiday season and keep this in mind for the new year🫶🏽 Ps. It makes my heart so happy when I meet people who are just so obviously doing what they’re meant to do😭

truly is a gift from i save as almost every class there's so many people in this world who can remove who don't
there's so you can do it all
that letting go the judgment of this practice and just saying because i moved today
i show up
and i moved my body
that's a big deal so
try to like hold onto that and that you show me to practice this
and we move together we share the strength and energy together and that's really isn't gift
