so you're just here and you just want to really sit into it this is more of a static stretch you're gonna hold this for fifteen seconds come up and then hold again but our hands just a little bit wider than shoulder width keep those cheater elbows straight your nails look good when there's pain we stopped the move if they're saying we stopped the move and we're progressing too fast up first stretch or a pause and down
