honestly it's a lot to switch surrounds what made you want to even do it and just sit back in listen you know actually really agree with this gentleman so what he's describing there as you are coming across more detached like an expert would like a trusted authority let's say the company they're working with the salesforce i might say

i mean so you've been with the salesforce the fast the past five years i mean they're

a fairly decent firm as you know i mean what's caused you to feel like

you might want to look at something different again confuse ever confused tower so that confused tone causes their brain to think oh i need to clarify that better he's confused and start to open up and start telling you a little bit more of their problems and so

i totally agree with him on this hundred percent
