what's an infinite return on your investment so infinite return is quite simple let's say robert and cam give me a million bucks i paired up with another nine we buy a ten million dollar property i grow the value of fifteen i go to the bank and i put another ten million dollar loan on it i give the nine back to the original debt holder or the bank give you your million or under the deal for zero that's an infant return right kenny sonos i came in i put a million which is pretty much normal for us we get that money back via debt yes and this tax free money yeah because you don't pay tax on debt we're taking new debt replacing old debt and equity and that's a return of capital it's not capital gain and it's not a sale that's why we do what we do okay it's why it's called lifetime cashflow because you know our model is the same thing you'll buy an asset will have investors put money in on it will refinance and three to five years get our investors all or most of their money back and then the returns infinity because they have no money invested right and then they can use that money to invest in another deal it's a fantastic business model and kenny mcelroy is an expert at this and a good friend and of course robert kiyosaki is ah you know a namesake in our business in a big way but i completely agree with the strategy and it's a fantastic strategy that's worked for a long time and will continue to work
