you did up at ten in the morning train a twelve
train for two hours twelve to two
you have to let your body recover so you eat recovered wherever you start training at six
train from sixty eight and now go home shower you did already go to bed you wake up do to get right those are two sessions
right now imagine you wake up by three to train out for four to six
come home
breakfast relax oh so
now you're back at it again nine to eleven
right relax now it's about your back edit again to four
and have your back out again
seventy nine
look how much more training i have done by seventy starting at four
right so now you do that and as the years go on
the separation that you have with your competitors and your peers just grows larger and larger larger larger larger
by your five or six doesn't matter
what kind of work they do in the summer they're never going to catch up
because you're five years behind
so it makes sense to get up and start your day early because you can get more work
