i first started trading i was obsessed all i did was look at the charts every single day day and night i was looking at the charts looking at the market what could possibly do now four years later right when i stopped trading i don't look at the market until the next morning or until the night when i do my charting sessions i don't care to look at the market i don't care what the market does when i'm not training you have to realize that trading is a job it is a tool the more that you stay in the space the more that you realize that time away from the charts is very valuable
