most people are going for what i would call linear goals linear meaning like it's it's a continuation from the present into the future so they're very practical goals say i want to increase my income by ten percent this year or increase my revenue by twenty percent
and research is really clear on this if you're not going for something that you believe to be impossible and it's actually contradicts a lot of the stuff on the idea of smart goals which is that they should be realistic but there's a growing body of research saying that
