how scary would it be if we had a company where people fired people off into other people's feelings because guess what people fucking try to get you do it all the time pisses me the fuck off we don't punish people based on feelings we don't hire and fire based off feelings we do offer evidence you have to be able to present the evidence and state the facts clearly this person is either not doing their job or not a good culture fit because of these things but i have evidence to support and until you have that you have nothing
