Being nice early in the morning is easy for most of us. What is harder is to continue being nice to our partner, our parents, our children as the day passes. It seems easier to be nice to our colleagues in office or to the give that fake smile to the random person on the street. But by evening as we come back to our loved ones, it is easy to lose it without meaning to or without realising when it will happen.

The first person to be nice to is ourselves.
One way we can do that is to give ourselves some time - 15 min - to be calmly with ourselves
- by taking a walk or by sitting and focussing on our breadth or by learning simple yoga by going online.

That alone can change the rest of the day for both us and our families. Taking out 15 min for ourselves.
