the next time you start a speech i want you to do the following three things first walk to the center of the stage without saying a word so don't walk in introduce yourself as you're going to the center of the stage just walk there and stay silent this shows that you're in complete command of the stage then when you stand put your hands at your center like this
or like this just to show that you're in complete control and then finally
lock eye contact with two different people for three seconds each before you speak then take a deep breath and when you're ready speak this shows that you're in complete control of what you're about to say you're not going to start until your ready and your audience will feel your confidence
