gather your hair into a low ponytail

pulled out hair elastic over the ponytail just enough to create a baby bubble

place your hand inside the elastic as you swoop your hand under the ponytail and around collect that ponytail onto the elastic while stretching it out

then twist down while you please the elastic over the mini bubble push that mini bubble through the opening of the elastic to secure here's the final look
