yeah five hundred people have tried to keep a promise for twenty one days and fifty eight
cats on it
so there's four excuses that every human has that prevents them from being
awesome the first one is pain emotional and physical pain will talk you out of anything
the pushups hurt
oh therefore i don't have to keep my promise the second one is i forgot which is the weirdest excuse the third one is support my boss doesn't support me doing this since my kids my wife doesn't support me
than i won't keep my promise the fourth one is it's what we say to ourselves right before it successful
this is stupid
