he has on paper a lot of money but the money isn't in his bank account and so what he does is instead of selling it and having an income he goes to the bank and says hey i have these stock options which are worth billions of dollars how about you give me a loan he takes a loan pays three to four to five percent interest on it and if this company grows the stock value grows by six percent he just made a profit on and he didn't have to take any money out never took the income business pay any taxes
