quick question for you man is is this your rolls royce yes it is and what do you do for living out in scottsdale to be able to own a rolls man member do you do for a living i've been an entrepreneur for more than half my life but ultimately most known for building one of the most successful oral care companies online called snow and how much money is that business going to generate huge issue like what's been the most amount of money that you've ever made in a single year two hundred million two hundred million dollars have you ever been broke before yeah yeah for sure i grew up with very little born and raised here and in arizona and i you should take the city bus and i had big dreams even back then so i know exactly what it's like being broke and that was one of my motivations was how do i change my situation and i would do whatever it took to not be broke anymore and that's exactly what i did for somebody who stuck in that cycle of poverty right a lot of people say it's a generational thing what is an actionable step someone can take to really break out of that cycle of poverty listen more than you talk never be the smartest person in the room and get really good at asking questions and following up really just the art of people man the art of communication and it is the number one skill and businesses communication by far what would you say it's the number one thing that separates the one percent from ninety nine percent of the other people focus is where is where the money is made to be honest with you i think that that's probably the most powerful superpower business is to focus otherwise someone's gonna come and eat your lunch
