another one i love to do twenty minutes of stretching before you go to bed stretch your hip flexors restrict your spinal cord which is what the highway of connection in your entire body the entire electric circuit runs through spinal when you don't stretch it you don't move you don't exercise it you feel stiff you have lower back pain in your in your twenties you're in your thirties and you think that that's normal not normal it's bullshit
