one and a half years ago i did something called the phuket list i took a big piece of paper and i wrote out one hundred things that i want to do before i die but i only gave myself four years to finish it when i wrote it it was the worst period of my life i was in horrible hell i got lyme's disease i couldn't walk i didn't want to go out i didn't socialize i know it's just in a really dark place and now one and a half years later i mean the bay shape of my life i'm running every day i finished a marathon i'm done skydiving traveled the world and most importantly my mind is clear and i feel like i'm on a mission if you're in a shitty fucking place in your life and you don't see a way out just make your bucket list dream like a kid and write it out and trust me it's fucking scary and then just take that list and try to do one thing this year that's it if you need any help or have any questions about the target list just dm me
