I see people start things, spend a few years doing it, then feel like they aren’t getting “there” fast enough, so they quit and start something new.

Pick a path, commit to it, and plan on spending a decade grinding it out.

you know what i mean like it took me a long time of head down working execution to get there it doesn't happen overnight
it'll happen quicker for some than it will for others but they have to have the patience to not give up
