i bought my first property when i was twenty five years old i'm fifty today so over twenty five years i've amassed from my first property that was five hundred and seventy five thousand hundreds of millions of dollars worth of commercial investment property and with that i still don't own a house all of my money goes back into investment properties that cashflow that's my obsession that's what i like to do that's why i started doing these videos to give back because people have to understand that you start small and it multiplies very quickly the greatest thing about real estate is that your tenants will pay it for you your tenants will pay your mortgage they'll pay your taxes they'll pay your bills you're the one who has to put in the work to make it all happen though that's why watching videos with guys like me who know about real estate who are really authentic and trying to give back you'll learn a lot
from me the whole mission started that i had interns in my office and i really loved watching these young people go to work and someone high school and somewhere in college and they really love real estate and then from there i started doing multiple podcasts and then i said i'm going to write a book i wrote a book keeping it real on commercial real estate it's an amazing book but i wanted to make sure everyone knew that it was authentic as well so i decided all the proceeds will be for charity i don't want to make any money off this book i wanted to give back and that's what you have to do
and what you'll all find in life is that people who were the most successful they want to give it back because they want other people to do the same i'm looking forward to seeing the younger generation come kick my ass so let's have some fun watch these videos
