obviously this country is very different how many people do you think were arrested in britain for things they said on social media last year
come on take a guess i've no idea three thousand three hundred really arrested what they'd said on social media
really what sort of things get you
one example i've given my show is
there was a young woman from liverpool
called chelsea russell her friend was killed in a car crash nineteen year old woman
and she posted the lyrics of his favorite songs on her instagram
the lyrics
and there was a rap song so the lyrics contained several instances of the n-word
she was arrested
prosecuted
found guilty
given five hundred hours of community service and a fine
tagged
and for years she was under eight pm to eight am curfew
